King Line Cottages, English Tourist Board 4 star rating (Kates Lodge 3 star) consists of six holiday homes, overlooking one of the most picturesque parts of the River Bure. Five of the Six cottages have been awarded an English Tourist Board accessibility rating making this one of the largest groups of holiday homes on the Norfolk Broads to integrate wheel chair users, disabled and elderly holiday makers with the able bodied.
King Line Cottages offers accessible self catering accommodation for all, whether you are a keen fisherman, bird watcher,nature lover or just in need of a relaxing break.
Our resident manager Clayton Williams and his wife Clare live at our holiday complex, they are available and on hand to look after all of your needs, whether it be help in loading or unloading your car, assisting with emergencies 24 hours a day including accidents which may require an ambulance ( emergency contact details can be found in the lodge manual/access statement). They are also able to loan free of charge disabled equipment, if an item has been forgotten.
